CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS I AM NOT FULLY SATISFIED WITH?

REFUND
HOW LONG WILL THE ENTIRE RETURNS PROCESS TAKE?
Depending on your location and courier service, it may take up to 14 working days for the return to reach us. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and aim to process the refund within 5 working days.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED FOR THE RETURN?
After successful processing:
- We will refund the item value, minus any applicable shipping fees.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may request the refund amount be transferred to a bank account or via another mutually agreed method.
DAMAGED ITEMS AND INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product:
- Please notify us immediately when creating your return request.
- Share a photo of the damage or error to help us process your claim more quickly.
- We will refund any shipping charges you paid at the time of the order in addition to the item value.
