RETURNS & REFUNDS

Thank you for shopping with Saint Arebian. We want you to have complete confidence in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return items within 7 days of receipt for a refund. All queries related to refunds, returns, or exchanges should be made via the Returns & Exchanges section on our website.

Please Note:

  1. Requests via telephone, social media, or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
  2. Our Customer Service is available Monday–Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and national holidays.
  3. Emails are responded to within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
  4. Items purchased with discounts of 35% or more (or via equivalent coupon codes) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  5. A handling fee of ₹ 100 applies to reverse shipments when returning items.

How to Return a Package

  • Use the Returns & Exchanges tab on our site → enter your phone/email → order number → agree to terms & conditions → click Find My Order.
  • Once your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you a confirmation.

Notes:

  • If you selected our pickup service, our logistics team will arrange the pickup within 5 days of request. Please ensure someone is available to hand over the parcel.
  • If you prefer to self-ship, please keep your shipping receipt, this helps us track the return.
  • For orders containing multiple items, only one return request is allowed per order.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns.

Returning Packages – Conditions

All returned items must meet the following:

  • Unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Items must not be damaged, broken, washed, or altered in any way.

If the above conditions are not met, additional charges (e.g. ₹ 100) may apply to re-ship or process the return.

For self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier. Damages incurred in transit during self-shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I Return Products I’m Not Satisfied With?

Yes, provided the item is in unused, resaleable condition and the return request is placed within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns for Non-Serviceable PIN Codes

  • If your PIN code is outside our return pickup service area, you may self-ship the return.
  • Returned packages must still meet our standard condition requirements.
  • Please ensure the address label is clearly affixed, whether you use our pickup or self-shipping.

How Long Will the Return Process Take?

  • Pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days of your return request.
  • After we receive your returned item (which may take 7-12 working days depending on courier service and location), we will inspect the item.
  • Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Refund Timelines & Modes

  • Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours of the item passing inspection.
  • Processing to your account may take up to 15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders: Refund will be issued via UPI or a payment link (details will be emailed).
  • For Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please Note: COD charges and Cashback-rebates are not refundable.

Exchanges

  • To initiate an exchange, follow the same process as returns via the Returns & Exchanges tab.
  • Exchanges are subject to product size availability.
  • Products exchanged under heavy discounts (more than 25%) will incur an exchange processing fee of ₹ 150.
  • Exchange pickup will be arranged within 2-3 working days after your request.
  • The reverse-logistics and re-delivery typically takes 5-7 working days based on your location and our courier partner. After inspection, your replacement item will be shipped and tracking details sent.
